1. Ask for the nice view of the great lakes, I was on the top top floor in a standard king room, it was a little lous, the bed was comfortable and nice, I wasnt too impressed with the bathroom though, had that OLD moldy smell to it.

4. As other reviewers commented, it's tired and stained and not well maintained, How difficult is it to replace or wash a moldy shower curtain?My bigger beef is that after a VERY unpleasant summer night with NO AIR CONDITIONING, there was no apology or effort to bring us back - to Cleveland or any other Crowne Plaza around the globe.
