1. When you have a 13 floor hotel, you CANT expect to serve bfast in a tiny room and very LIMITED quantity of the food.

2. When we first arrived the first evening, one of the employees was standing in front of the hotel talking to a woman in car who was blocking the drop-off area for at least five minutes and he totally ignored the fact that we were trying to squeeze into a tiny spot behind her car.
