The trash cans were beyond overflowing every morning - the coffee area was always a
mess
, and half the time the carafes were totally empty, or the coffee was cold.

One group on the 3rd floor was moved to the 5th floor due to bed bugs in the pillows, then what followed was a complete and utter
mess
for us.
