The carpet was filthy, and on two separate occasions I rode the elevator with staff members that did ignored easily correctable issues in the elevator - one was a coffee spill on the threshold of the elevator, and the other was a dirty napkin from the breakfast area on the floor of the elevator.

2. When we first arrived the first evening, one of the employees was standing in front of the hotel talking to a woman in car who was blocking the drop-off area for at least five minutes and he totally ignored the fact that we were trying to squeeze into a tiny spot behind her car.
