The carpet was filthy, and on two separate occasions I rode the elevator with staff members that did ignored easily correctable issues in the elevator - one was a coffee spill on the threshold of the elevator, and the other was a dirty napkin from the breakfast area on the floor of the elevator.

3. The garage itself is pretty gross, bird droppings everywhere, the elevators are filthy, the hallway to exit the building is the access corridor for the shops that are on the bottom floor (street front) of the garage - it feels like an access corridor in that its is dirty, smelly, and very industrial.
