The elevators were quite slow, but I don't know if that was due to the construction or if tht is how they always are, and the breakfast items were nearly gone completely (due to cheerleading drill teams staying at the hotel too) when one member of our party went to get coffee, juice and a muffin.

2. - valet service is slow- front desk staff are unprofessional (getting attitudes with each other) and they weren't handling a customer's complaint appropriately- room is dirty (hair on floor of bathroom, dirty carpet, wallpaper peeling off wall)- room is old/dated (old looking furniture and bathroom looks very dated)- did not have any washcloths when we checked into our room, we have now waited over 20 minutes since we called the front desk to request more- the exercise room is pretty pathetic anyway b/c of the lack of real equipment, but on top of that, there's currently a sign on the door that says 'temporarily out of service'.

3. I have NEVER seen this slow type of service at any other Hampton Inn.

5. Only downside was the buffet breakfast was not run well for a Hampton - many items ran out and slow to replace.
