1. Each of the rooms in question were thouroughy stripped and inspected by multiple members of our leadership team and we found no evidance of blood flakes,residue or bed bugs.

2. My particular group in my room was moved from the 9th to the 10th floor after finding bed bugs in the pillows, after stripping the beds completely we found blood flakes on the mattresses and then we found bed bugs on the covers of a bed on the 10th floor, we were then moved to 2 different rooms on the 3rd floor, of which one of the rooms had evidence of bed bugs in the mattress.

3. One group on the 3rd floor was moved to the 5th floor due to bed bugs in the pillows, then what followed was a complete and utter mess for us.
