5. The Good: - location is great, near restaurants/attractions- valet staff is nice The bad:- Walked in at 3pm on a Wednesday and there was a line of guests waiting to check in that was so long that it trailed out the front door.

7. Problem is I didn't have any 'fancy' plastic cups, the towels weren't replaced, I had one towel and the dirty ashtray (yes I have the bad habit) was sitting on the desk where the note & tip were? Also there was a fair amount of 'hair' around the bathroom that wasn't mine.
