3. - valet service is slow- front desk staff are unprofessional (getting attitudes with each other) and they weren't handling a customer's complaint appropriately- room is dirty (hair on floor of bathroom, dirty carpet, wallpaper peeling off wall)- room is old/dated (old looking furniture and bathroom looks very dated)- did not have any washcloths when we checked into our room, we have now waited over 20 minutes since we called the front desk to request more- the exercise room is pretty pathetic anyway b/c of the lack of real equipment, but on top of that, there's currently a sign on the door that says 'temporarily out of service'.
