1. Not an issue as we were not in a hurry but I was a bit put off by the fact there was several (meaning about five) staff members standing by in the lobby- not sure why they where there.

The pros are that: -Great location downtown - close to so many things, including the stadium ( we were there for the ACC championship)- very very comfortable bed- shower has a double shower head, which is a great additionOur issues were that we were in the room closest by the elevator and heard the ding everytime the down button was pushed.

5. The train tracks i thought might be an issue tuned out to be commuter tracks only and were silent the whole time.
