1. All of this must sound petty to the casual traveler, but for us road warriors - especially those of us who try to remail loyal to not only certain brands, but also specific hotels - these little things become major irritants.

6. Our room key was deactivated every single time we used it, so in the course of 6 days we went through about 20 keys which was irritating- Also, we were told if we wanted the electrical outlets to work, the main lights all had to be turned on.
