9. For location and convenience (light rail station at the hotel) this hotel is hard to beat, everything is clean and comfortable, and from what I saw the staff are mostly great, but be prepared to pay extra for everything, and to pay a lot.

10. First I'd like to say that I do very much rely on the reviews I read from other travelers before I book a hotel and I always find it hard to determine the reviewers' perspective.
