1. It took quite some time to get hot water in my room so those items were a little annoying.

6. I've stayed at plenty of under-$100 hotels where this is free, so why isnt it when I'm paying $250? I was particularly annoyed when I went to the business center to print an email, and had to pay another $10 for the computer/printer in there.
