1. The rooms always have something broken, this last stay (and I have stayed many times at this westin) the airconditioner sounded like a flushing toilet all night and the internet in the room did not work.

3. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had a broken stall door, so if you needed some privacy, you had to hold it shut with your hand since the latch wouldn't lock.
