1. The bed was uncomfortable, the air condition didnt work, poor water pressure in the shower, and terrible food.

5. The location leaves a lot to be desired however and, as leisure travelers hoping to enjoy the city, we found ourselves uncomfortable walking around the immediate vicinity of the hotel after dark (and we know Boston well -- we can't imagine having friends or family stay in that location).
