T-Mobile customer service (the provider of the WiFi signal) advised me that the hotel management sets the pricing policies, therefore I should discuss the

with them.

The elevators were an
issue
on more than one occasion over the 5 days, one got 'stuck' and several were out of commission but all were fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
