1. I know it wasn't a straightforward issue, but the way they chose to handle it left me with a bad impression about this hotel.

2. T-Mobile customer service (the provider of the WiFi signal) advised me that the hotel management sets the pricing policies, therefore I should discuss the issue with them.

9. We had absolutely no issues with noise at all.

10. The elevators were an issue on more than one occasion over the 5 days, one got 'stuck' and several were out of commission but all were fixed in a reasonable amount of time.
