1. This, of course, was very disturbing, as I had been traveling well over 12 hours at this point and had advised the hotel.

2. (with the 'Do Not disturb' sign on the door, btw) The third day was by an alarm going off because the hot water pipes had burst on our floor and there was an evacuation -which I fully realize is out of anyone's hands and is nobody's fault.

4. Hotel camped us free breakfast buffet for disturbing us at late night hours due to wrong delivery of clothes to our room.
