3. The lobby area is weird but not that inconvenient as its just two elevators to get to your room not too sets of stairs.

5. The lobby isn't on street level and there are stairs down to the entrance and then elevators up to the lobby - inconvenient with a suitcase, but that's just being picky.

7. The lobby is located on the lower level of the parking garage with no sitting area and the front desk is on an entirely different level, very inconvenient for large groups staying together.
