1. There is a mini bar filled with snacks and drinks at ridiculous prices.
"Let us just say ruined my trip " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/21/2010 Vote
2. $250 cleaning fee if there was smoking in the room (not that I had plans to do this), if even a thing was moved (not consumed) from the mini-bar/fridge I would be charged for that item, $25 cleaning fee for storing any of my own drinks/food in the fridge -- ridiculous.
"Good location, inconvenient lobby access " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/6/2010 Vote
3. Additionally, kids stomping and running up and down the hallway constantly - though this is not the hotel's fault (maybe if they put families with kids on the same floor) and more the fault of lazy parents- Additional charge for internet - kind of ridiculous in this day and age- Could not find the entrance - enter on the side of Lafyette, take the stairs down, elevator up, cross the lobby, find main elevators, and go up to your room - very odd layout of hotel- No mugs in the room - the paper cups are wasteful, mugs would be nice- Old-school TV that did not rotate - would have been nice to turn it towards the desk or chair- no bathrobes, but the website indicated bathrobes.
"Noisy, clean, and cheap " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/1/2010 Vote

6. The bedside lamp didn't work (not plugged in and no power socket that it could reach(; a ridiculously expensive minibar with electronic monitoring; iinternat access via t-mobile is expensivel no business centre; 5-10 minutes to get outside from the rooms, via two lifts; in-house restaurant extraordinarily expensive; not much in the immediate vicinity, apart form a Macy's, and Boston Common, so it's 10-15 minutes walk to Quincy Market, or to the nearest bar or restaurant (except Chinatown).
"Nice room, but some rip-offs " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/16/2009 Vote
