1. The big downside of this hotel is the dual elevator system.

The only downsides were the smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room (they apologized and offered to send someone up to spray it, though) and the fact that no one seems to have cleaned the area behind the TV chest (which was visible) in what seemed like 10 years (a lot, and I mean a lot of dust).

8. The only downsides were the lack of a room safe (very odd in a city hotel), wireless Internet as the only option (no IEEE connection in our room; however, there are rooms that have it), and the temperature control didn`t work so the room was colder than comfortable (for me .
