1. But most of Boston is old and somewhat dirty.

2. 00 it was not bad however the room temperature and the maintenance issues and the room being dirty I hope were just an oversight and not all are this way.

3. The pool is another story, it was very dirty you could not even see the bottom of the pool (very cloudy) with hair floating everywhere, the tile floor was falling apart and rust everywhere.

4. I loved the location, we were right next door to the Opera House where we saw dirty Dancing, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

8. The common area bathrooms though by the restaurant were absolutely disgusting, 2 out of 3 toilets non operational and full of filth and the only operational one was dirty.
