1. I had rude encounters with the staff on check in, checked into my room, the carpet was soaking wet, I changed rooms, the new room didn't have towels in it, there was a live cockroach in the bathroom, I had to wait longer than 30 minutes to have towels brought to my room, all this with no apologies from staff, I was exhausted from my travels, and to tolerate this at over 200.

2. He purposely ignored my initial warning telling him that our bag cannot be lifted from the topside and later on rudely said that I didn't give any pre-warning.

5. Guests with the wedding had to actually leave the bar area one night and go somewhere else to avoid some rude random customer who eventually started a fight and was arrested.

8. My ONLY complaint would be that we found the men who work the valet parking to be sort of rude and really hard to understand.
