1. As a SPG Gold Member, I am used to the lack of consistency of upgrades at Starwood properties which is one major issue I have with the program.

8. What's lacking in the room you ask? The phones don't work properly, the lighting is very dim, the remote control on the tv is not very good, lacking in electrical outlets for the phone charger, computer etc.
