5. Although every other member of staff had an amazing attitude, one guy serving drinks in the lobby at 1pm ish on our last day (Jan 2nd) had a really bad attitude and he really didn't deserve the tip we left him.

8. I'm not sure whether the walls are particularly thin, we just were unlucky, or whether this hotel attracts the party crowd, but the night was so bad last night that we will avoid staying here in the future.

9. Check in was prompt and we were helped by a Alison, who offered us a glass of champagne, which after our trip from cape cod in the pouring rain and bad inn experience was very much needed and such a lovely little extra.

10. The only bad comment is that the carpet of our room was dirty, but all the rest was very nice.
