I was woken up at 2 am by someone sreaming her head off in the hallway, figured she must have been drunk and our TV wouldn't work so they had to send a technician up to fix it but overall not a
big deal

There was no coffee-maker in my room, which I found unfortunate since I had to check out at 330am, but it wasn't a

The staff is great aside from one concierge who seemed a little put out that I was asking for a corkscrew but she did tell me I could order one from my room phone, no
