5. Why?- Half hotel, half hospital: The hotel is directly located next to the giant Mass Gen Hospital, with view towards the clinic buildings and a lot of patients within and around the hotel- Unpleasant direct location: giant motorway interchange in front of the hotel- Design: interesting lobby, average room interior, few with good view towards Charles River, no top-quality furniture (except bathrooms)- Service: fair front desk service, poorest restaurant service (Clink), my complaints were ignored afterwards- Food: only breakfast: very poor menu and average quality- Wellness/spa: no facilities- No-Go: a (unexpensive) t-shirt disappeared from the room, several complaints to the front desk and general management remained fruitless or were ignored.
