I discussed this series of events and the uncleanliness of the rooms with Fallon, who apologised profusely and arranged to have our rooms cleaned really well while we were out that day, but when we came back the dust was still balled up and clinging to the walls, and the dirty stained blanket was still on the bed.

3. dirty stained and pulled carpet threads; blanket on bed had several stains on it (ewww), bedskirt was dirty and was too large for the bed so it dragged on the dirty carpet and looked super sloppy.
