1. While I know the Liberty is extremely busy on weekends, I couldn't help but be appalled by the unprofessional, sloppy service at their valet stand that night.

2. I was also appalled at being refused the opportunity to have friends leave their car on the side for 5 minutes so they could accompany me to my room and accept a gift I had brought them.
