Check in staff were rather rude to us, there had been a
problem
with the number of rooms booked with the airline but this was not our fault, the check in staff did seem to think it was.

Our arrival at the hotel was earlier than the usual check in time, but this was not a
problem
and we were also upgraded to the executive floor where snacks and free soft drinks were available at certain times during the day.
