1. For time I was here, not an issue.

2. For this visit we selected the HIlton because we had a business meeting at the hotel and Hyatt provided a cost for meeting facilities much more expensive than the Hilton, so if that is your need and cost is an issue, check out the Hilton.

3. Maybe his issue was more my sweatshirt and the enormous bags under my eyes from spending several days on the slopes? I thought I was in a Hilton, not the Waldorf Astoria --The other staff members are just wonderful, a very nice gentleman skillfully handled alllllll our luggage (a ton of snowboard equipment, suitcases, laptops, shopping bags).

4. Bags have always been returned without any issues, and the counter is visible to a number of reception staff when the counter isn't manned, but still, seeing a big pile of bags/suitcases out in the open makes you wonder how secure they really are.

7. I have to say that although there were a couple of things that went wrong the friendliness of the staff and willingness to rectify problems outweighed any of the negativity that could be felt with the issues.
