1. Only negative is that there are not many dining options nearby (unless you have a car or take the T).

5. I have to say that although there were a couple of things that went wrong the friendliness of the staff and willingness to rectify problems outweighed any of the negativity that could be felt with the issues.

7. The only negatives I have are that the hotel is a bit overpriced (made even more due to me being a single traveller) and the Air Conditioning in the room made it feel like a fridge.

8. Anyway, I commented negatively on that at checkin and the helpful and welcoming Javier on the 10pm front desk immediately indicated I should just go ahead and use it and he would credit the $15 odd on the room a/c.
