1. At check-in, they knew how annoyed I was so they upgraded us to an executive floor (the hours for the lounge were so limited we couldn't use it anyway).

3. This time when we stayed in an Executive room we were really annoyed that the executive lounge closes at the weekends, there was nothing on the website to let us know this.

4. There was also a wedding at the hotel and the ceremony set up was in the middle of the lobby which was annoying the rest of the guests who were not part of the wedding.

5. My only complaint was the toilet is beside the tub, which is annoying because there is no where to put your clothes when you get out of the shower.
