1. I called the front desk again and told them we knew what was wrong with the toilet, instead they told maintenance our toilet was backed up and we needed a plunger.

7. Time to check out and the bill is wrong, charged for the internet ( free if your platinum), quick call to the desk and they apologized and said to stop by for an updated copy.

Also the comments about the area around the hotel are accurate - this borders on what looks like a war zone (most buildings boarded up) - when driving from the hotel we took one wrong turn about 5-10 minutes from the hotel and ended up in what could be termed a ghetto - caution should be exercised.
