3. The negatives: not a very green environmental hotel- I saw no recycling bins in the room or on the grounds, and the rooms are not very clean and have dust everywhere.

7. I know I did not pay for the rooms on my sides, but even the front desk girl who checked me in later acknowledged that yes, one of the negatives of my upgraded room is that is connected to 2 other rooms.

8. All the staff we dealt with were particularly friendly and helpful, every staff person we passed greeted us warmly - it made me wonder if there was a campaign in place to counter some of the negative staff comments that had been left here.
