2. Yes expensive to replace all the windows, but you would save overall by installing new windows and saving on the heating/cooling costs.

3. I stayed here when I was in town for a baseball game at Camden Yards and it was manageable although the Sheraton Inner Harbor would have been a better choice but more expensive.

5. The valet was $34 per night (pretty expensive in my opinion for a Sheraton hotel located in a crappy neighborhood but they probably charged so much since its in Baltimore and still a tourist attraction area).

8. Spring for the Hotel Monaco, down the street, which is more expensive, but has friendly staff that do not try to steal your money -- they'll even give you a pet goldfish for the night.
