On the final day, they
mess
ed up my checkout bill (I was charged valet parking and don't even have a car), the same man was on shift and he came to the front desk with me and helped clear all the funny charges on my bill.

Only problem was we were next door to some suites that were occupied by some hard partying bachelors or bachelorettes--kept us up all night and, by morning, the hallway was a
mess

The south tower was under construction, and though there was not
mess
, and couldn't notice the construction going on, we received a voucher for free food just because they were working in the building.
