1. Check in was a mess as we had four women in our group they told us all they had was a room with a king bed.

5. On the final day, they messed up my checkout bill (I was charged valet parking and don't even have a car), the same man was on shift and he came to the front desk with me and helped clear all the funny charges on my bill.

10. The south tower was under construction, and though there was not mess, and couldn't notice the construction going on, we received a voucher for free food just because they were working in the building.
