1. First the room: when I entered the room on the 15th floor I could hear the outside street traffic so cleary that I went to window to close it, unfortunately it was closed.

5. The location was close to the harbor but I would still be careful of walking around too much at least at night - unfortunately you find this almost anywhere in downtown Baltimore.

10. This is a played-out, rather depressing business hotel with nicely renovated rooms (which, unfortunately, lack minibars), and poor plumbing.
