ing, but what made the situation even worse was that every employee I talked to had an attitude with me, almost as if I were annoying them by even making such a ridiculous request.

However, when I called to express my

ion and at least ask for a rollaway bed, the hotel staff were extremely short with me and told me that my room was not big enough for a rollaway bed.
