1. By no means are the rooms bad, but the carpets show signs of needing cleaning in places, and the furniture and fixtures show plenty of signs of dings and chipped paint.

10. Getting off the elevator in the South Tower I had a bad feeling - a drying fan was in my hallway which had the look / feel of a old hotel.
