3. unfortunately, there are two big caveats to watch out for here: first, the noise from the condo construction site next door is LOUD, and second, the noise from the dance club / outdoor party place on the opposite side is also LOUD.

5. They appear to be doing some major work on the first floor in the front 'tower' which I suspect will be a restaurant, but unfortunately all this takes place right by the pool.
