1. I highly recommend hotel taking steps to insulate the doors for sounds, adjust the door-closers to avoid slamming and limit the noise level from the Nikki Beach Club.

2. If you do stay here don't expect an upgrade, don't even open the refrigerator, but you will be charged for something, try to avoid the front desk at all costs and if you need anything go directly to the manager.
