1. We were located in an awkward 2nd tower adjacent to the one with the lobby, but further from the beach, which somehow felt more like a residence than a hotel (I generally prefer hotels).

2. Don't know if all baths/tubs are the same but ours was awkward to get in/out of and the taps/faucet just seems to be in the wrong place.
