4. EXTREMELY noisy area, nikki beach blasting music all night next door, Prime 112 across the street with tons of noisy, rude valet cars clogging the street.

5. We didn't have an issue with any staff being rude-- everyone we met was very cordial, including the spa manager who introduced himself and gave us a short tour of the facility (very small and expensive but nice enough.
