3. It is not a guest exclusive beach, a number of times we could not get a seat as they had rented them to non-guests,access to the beach is by the construction site,this is usually dirty.

4. My only complaint was the furniture in the sitting room was awful dirty, we did not even want to sit on the chairs.

5. The service was horrible, our rooms were left dirty often, our refrigerator kept breaking down, our phones never worked, the air conditioner was not working half of the time, laundry never came on time, conceirge was unavailble I would say 90% of the time.
