1. Just a few issues with maintenance in the room for example toilet and bidet experienced leaks/blocks although these were dealt with we thought they should have been checked before re-letting rooms.

8. I never had any issues with the music from Nikki Beach being loud but our friends who also stayed there could hear it all night long.

9. We didn't have an issue with any staff being rude-- everyone we met was very cordial, including the spa manager who introduced himself and gave us a short tour of the facility (very small and expensive but nice enough.
