3. Then, when there was a problem when the people I was travelling with got to their room to discover it was the wrong type of bed (doubles instead of a king), we had to line up again (for close to half an hour).

4. Wherever you go in the world, its great when things go according to plan but the good establishments show their true colours when things go wrong or you have a complaint.

5. We didn't complain or moan - they offered - and that was good service - you can only tell how good an organisation is when things go a little wrong - the test is can they get it back on track - and the staff at the Monte Carlo did well.

9. I dont gamble but had a great time in Vegas there is so much to see and do and so many restaurants you cant go wrong for eating although watch out for the air conditioning .

10. If I ever go back to Vegas I would probably stay at another hotel just to try something different but there was nothing wrong with this one.
