3. I asked if there were ANY rooms without a connecting door and I was advised no, the door may as well not be there, you can hear everything that happens, I could even smell the guys aftershave.

5. Walking down my floor corridor towards the lift there was a daily smell of drugs being smoked etc and the all day music blaring out certain rooms was ridiculous which i thought was out of order.
