1. Also table reservations can be expensive but if your a large group of 8 or more its worth doing.

3. I also take advantage of the Starbuck's in the lobby, although the Monte Carlo one is more expensive than the one in the MGM Grand???Pool scene is nice and quiet during the week, and on Thursdays, the dance music starts pumping to get you in the party mood.
