7. I cannot paint the entire hotel guests with the same brush, however, from the glazed looking , boozed induced, chain smoking people I saw transfixed at the slots, unfortunately that is my opinion of people who go to Vegas, at least at the Monte Carlo.

9. It was unfortunate that I had both these issues because had they not occured I would have given it 3/5 but I stayed later in NY, NY and it was much nicer, newer and costs the same so go there instead.
