1. ' They said they would comp me 2 nights stay for the inconvenience, but upon my return home, nothing had been comped and when I called them, they said that they only agreed to comp me 2 days of the $20 per day mandatory spa fee.

7. we were obviously upset but we got put in a standard room for two of the days then we were promised the diamond suite for the last two days to make up for the inconvenience, so we stayed in a standard room with a 'roll in shower' and the shower was so small no kind of shower chair would ever fit in that thing.

8. In fairness this is exactly what I should have done from the start (and it's exactly what I did every morning thereafter) but It was still an inconvenience to be woken up so early like that.

9. We were a lively table and we were very much enjoying ourselves, but one dealer in particular had an especially dour demeanor and passive aggressively let us know whenever he could that we were a major inconvenience to him.
